2. Brian Daboll

I hope Brian Daboll channeled his inner Ted Lasso this week. The Giants are ravaged by injuries and Las Vegas continues to disrespect them. The Giants are 9.5-point underdogs this week, which feels very disrespectful.  The Giants need to embody Ted Lasso’s most famous quote on Thursday.

"“You know what the happiest animal in the world is? It’s a goldfish. It’s got a 10 second memory. Be a goldfish.”"

The Giants need to have a Goldfish mindset, and forget about last weekend’s loss and the injury woes they’re dealing with. With the runaway Coach of the Year at the helm, you know Daboll’s boys will be fired up and ready to go. You know the Giants “believe” like Ted Lasso preaches, as Daboll has constantly preached about how much belief he has in his team.

Around 40 million people are expected to be tuned in Thursday afternoon, which is around 12 percent of the entire population of the United States. We have seen time and time again that an angry Daboll generally brings out the best in the Giants, and after last week’s performance, a fired up Daboll is highly likely.
