4. Head coach Brian Daboll

Just about a week after Schoen was hired as general manager, he made his biggest move yet – hiring Brian Daboll to be the next head coach of this team. We have to give that decision an 11 out of 10, as Daboll is the man. There’s no other way to put it: Daboll has been a gift sent from above for Giants fans everywhere.

Who in the world thought Daboll would become such a rockstar like this for Big Blue? He has won over just about every heart in New York and New Jersey thanks to his brilliant job running things in his first season. Not only has Daboll helped this team post an 8-5-1 record, but he has completely changed the culture for this squad.

The days of Judge driving people nuts are long gone. Now, Daboll is the one who is not only helping this team win games, but he’s also got people believing that NY can get back in the Super Bowl hunt sooner than later. The defense has been spectacular and Daboll has inspired Daniel Jones to be at his best.

Those two have quite the bromance going and they’re only going to keep providing the NY faithful with more good memories this season and hopefully next year – if Jones comes back – too.
