2. Daniel Jones is playing his best football

Daniel Jones has thrown the ball into the defense’s hands just five times in 2022. He has done a spectacular job as quarterback, and has been a huge factor for New York this season. The 25-year-old QB has only 13 TDs of course, but we all know who the Giants receivers are. Imagine if he actually had a No. 1 wideout?

Factoring in that Jones isn’t just a passer, but he’s also one of the best mobile QBs – it gives Giants fans more reason to believe that they can compete with the best. Jones actually has more total yardage than Aaron Rodgers right now. Now this doesn’t mean he’s better than Rodgers, but it just shows how much of a leap Jones has made in his fourth season.

Jones has done a great job of keeping the Giants in football games, and taking over late in contests when they have their chance. Although he hasn’t been throwing it down the field, making highlight plays left and right, he’s doing his job. As long as he does his job, the Giants will have a fighter’s chance against anyone.
