1. Brian Daboll has been a perfect fit for the 2022 Giants

Finding the right head coach is something that the New York Giants haven’t done well since Tom Coughlin left in 2015. Since then they hired Ben McAdoo, then fired him. They hired Pat Shurmur, then fired him. Then they brough in Joe Judge, then fired him too. Finally though, Brian Daboll has been a perfect fit

The energy he has on the sidelines, his post and pre-game pressers, and most importantly his playbook and schemes has given fans a reason to believe that they have the right head coach. It shouldn’t be surprising that Jones is having his best season under Daboll, especially considering his prior success as offensive coordinator with the Buffalo Bills.

These next two weeks will be a huge test for him as a head coach, though. Although they are in the playoff picture currently, things can still go south with two games to go. Finishing strong is a must for this team, and then Daboll has another chance to really show how good of a coach he is.

The fans of the Giants can tell that this team loves their head coach, which is a huge reason why they have eight wins. The players want to play for Daboll, which is something we didn’t see with other New York coaches in the past.

With a record of 8-6-1 right now, the Giants control their own destiny. They could lock in their postseason berth come Week 17 with a clutch win over the Colts at MetLife Stadium. Let’s see if it happens or not. If it does – watch out for Big Blue.
