1. Giants won’t win, but they’ll cover

Earlier this season, we predicted the Giants would beat the Eagles in their first matchup. That was obviously way too bold, but this time around I do believe they’ll cover.

The Giants will enter the game as double-digit underdogs, but we’ve seen throughout the season that it simply doesn’t matter. They’ve been one of the best teams in the NFL against the spread in 2022, and that’ll be the case in Philadelphia.

Hurts is shaken up and the Eagles are reeling, and the Giants will have some motivated players looking to put their stamp in what could be their one chance to do so on the season. The game may mean more for the playoffs to Philadelphia, but the Giants won’t want to go into the Wild Card Round off a blowout loss.

The Eagles and their starting lineup will likely take care of business and be too much for the Giants to handle over four quarters, but the moxie of Daboll’s bunch will at least make it interesting. The Giants will cover the spread come Sunday.
