2. Daniel Jones will once again prove he’s the franchise QB for this team

It has been a season-long audition for Daniel Jones. Before Week 1, how many of you out there had lost total faith in him and wanted to see Tyrod Taylor as the starter? Things have certainly changed over the last 18 weeks, as Jones has solidified himself as the quarterback of the future for this team.

He’s eyeing a nice new contract from general manager Joe Schoen this offseason and he can only add to his value by posting a big game, in a big win over the Vikings. Jones has improved with his decision-making, limiting the turnovers and looking sharp throwing the ball and using his wheels as well.

On the year, Jones has 15 passing TDs and seven more on the ground. Whether you want to call him Danny Dimes or Vanilla Vick, Jones has turned plenty of heads this year and it has been great to see. His four-TD performance vs. the Colts was huge for him. While we don’t expect four scores vs. the Vikings, we like this kid’s chances of leading his side to another upset win.
