2. The 4th and 1 conversion that will never be forgotten

All the way back in Week 1, Brian Daboll made almost all of New York fall in love with him after he went for two in a one-point game to help the Giants seal their first win of the season in a massive upset against the Tennessee Titans.

Now, in the first playoff game for the NY Giants since 2016, Daboll was faced with a tough call late in the game; take the three points to put the Giants up a field goal or keep the drive going to try and put up a touchdown. Similar to Week 1, Daboll showed how much of a genius he is by deciding to go for it and it paid off when Jones took a QB sneak over the pile for the first, which would eventually lead to a Barkley TD. Epic call.

A lot of the times we see coaches play it safe and take the easy points, trusting their defense to make a stop. However, Daboll is simply not that kind of coach and it has paid off time and time again.

If there were any questions regarding who the Coach of the Year recipient for this season should be, the debate was likely shut down after not only this play call, but the victory in general. It feels nice to finally have some clarity at the head coaching position after years of misery. Daboll is a legend.
