3. Vanilla Vick stays hot

No NFL player has been praised more in the last week than Daniel Jones, and rightfully so. Last weekend, Jones busted into the NFL record books. According to NFL research, Danny Dimes became the first player in league history to pass for 300-plus yards, two passing touchdowns, and 70-plus rushing yards in a playoff game.

Jones was in total control last Sunday, but the Eagles defense is so much better than the Vikings. The Eagles have a ferocious pass-rush and two elite corners, which will pose a massive challenge for Jones.

One thing Jones will need to continue to do is to make quick decisions. The Giants offensive line will not be able to hold off the Eagles pass-rush for long, so Jones will need to take off and run if his first or second read isn’t open. Jones ran for 57 first downs during the regular season, the 10th most in the NFL, so he is prepared to take off and run. Jones has been cooking and his hot play has made him rather swaggy.

We are not betting against him this weekend. Jones will throw for 250 yards and add another 60 on the ground, with three total touchdowns.
