1. Even Nick Bosa, Who Was Not on the Field, Wanted to Pancake Zeke

While it’s hilarious enough that yet another Cowboys season ended with a 2014 Colts-esque monstrosity, NY Giants fans are still allowed to feel ripped off.

After all, the Niners pulled their most abrasive defensive personnel from the field ahead of the final showdown, robbing everyone of a chance to watch Nick Bosa tear Elliott’s pants down with a well-timed vicious tackle.

Bosa spoke to the media after the game and told anyone who would listen that he wanted a chance to “clean up” Elliott, too, and was jealous of the Niners who got a free rush at the Dallas running back.

You know it’s a well-thought-out offensive play when the entire defense’s immediate reaction is, “Man, I wish I’d been out there. It would’ve been fun to completely blow that up from the snap.”

Bosa will get a chance to move on and vanquish the NY Giants’ foes in Philadelphia, while the Cowboys have a long offseason of soul searching ahead of them to figure out what’s causing the mental block that’s standing in the way of the NFC title game.

Hopefully, it’s not Elliott’s job to make that block.
