3. Bills QB coach Joe Brady

Current Buffalo Bills quarterback coach Joe Brady has already been an offensive coordinator in the NFL. He spent two seasons as the Carolina Panthers OC before being fired prior to the end of the 2021 campaign.

While Brady did not last in Carolina, it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a great football mind. During his time at LSU, he played a crucial role in their record-breaking offense. With him serving as their passing game coordinator in 2019, the team scored at least 40 points in 12 of their 15 games.

Following his two seasons in Carolina, Brady joined the Bills as their QB coach. With him in the room, Josh Allen has once again put together an MVP-caliber season. At just 33 years old, Brady still has a long future ahead of him in the game.

With the amount of talent that the Giants have on the offense, Brady could keep this group playing at a high level. With both Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen having ties to the Bills, Brady could be the obvious choice. He’ll most definitely be a name to watch if Kafka decides to take a different job.
