4. Eagles passing game coordinator/DBs coach Dennard Wilson

If the Giants were to hire a new defensive coordinator, why not bring in a key member of the Eagles coaching staff, arguably the Giants biggest division rival. Dennard Wilson has been coaching in the NFL since 2015 and has coached up some pretty impressive talent during his tenure in the league. Among those names includes Jamal Adams, Marcus Maye, and most recently, Darius Slay, James Bradberry and Avonte Maddox.

This Giants secondary has some intriguing young talent in the form of Dane Belton, Xavier McKinney, Adoree’ Jackson, Cor’Dale Flott, and Aaron Robinson, so bringing in a guy like Wilson could do wonders for their development.

The Eagles may have a talented secondary, but Wilson has done a great job at maximizing their talent even further, with Slay, Maddox, and C.J Gardner-Johnson all playing arguably the best football of their career this season.

Not only could Wilson help coach up the young secondary of the NY Giants, but with the things he has learned while helping form some elite defenses, we’re sure he could be able to cook up a system that would greatly benefit the Giants defense heading into the future.
