NY Giants Mock Draft Round 3: Washington State LB Daiyan Henley

With the No. 89 overall pick, the Giants could look to address their needs at linebacker. In this case, look for Washington State linebacker Daiyan Henley to be on the NY radar. Henley just put on a show at the Senior Bowl and he most certainly raised his stock while over in Mobile. Now, a third-round selection would make sense for him.

Henley made his way to WSU prior to the 2022 season from Nevada and he was downright electric for head coach Jake Dickert. Henley was so impressive, he earned First-Team All-Pac-12 honors and he was without question the best player for the Cougars. This kid has a bright future in the NFL, no doubt.

NY Giants Mock Draft Round 3: Oregon LB Noah Sewell

Thanks to the Kadarius Toney trade with the Chiefs, the Giants have another third-round pick, this time they’ll be holding the No. 100 overall selection. While taking two linebackers in the same round doesn’t make an ounce of sense, it’s time to get nuts and Sewell is a fantastic player. With this, no more Jaylon Smith. No more Tae Crowder.

Those days are over. Both Henley and Sewell would be fantastic additions for defensive coordinator Wink Martindale.
