NY Giants Mock Draft Round 4: Iowa CB Riley Moss

Sticking with defense, you already know that the Giants secondary also needs some help. Adoree’ Jackson is locked in as the top cornerback on the outside, but there’s someone else that’s needed to be out there with him as well on the other side of the field. With this in mind, Iowa cornerback Riley Moss is an intriguing target.

A 6-1, 195-pounder, Moss has solid size for a cornerback and he is coming off a strong season with the Hawkeyes in 2022. Last year for Iowa, the DB posted 47 total tackles, one interception and 11 pass deflections. In his five years with the program, Moss finished with 11 interceptions to his name.

His INTs from ’22 don’t jump off the page, but the youngster is a solid tackler and he’s got a nose for the ball. He might not be ready to be a 17-game starter right away, but Moss would be a great value pick in the fourth round at No. 128 overall.
