2. Bills WR Isaiah McKenzie

You sense a theme? The Giants desperately need wide receivers. Isaiah McKenzie is another ideal target. The Bills are likely to overhaul their wide receiver room this offseason after flaming out in the AFC Divisional round.

The Bills would save $2.61 million in cap space by cutting McKenzie this offseason. That seems like a small amount, but the Bills are over the salary cap by around $20 million.

The Bills drafted Khalil Shakir out of Boise State in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, and he overtook McKenzie on the depth chart by the start of the postseason. It makes a ton of sense for the Bills to cut a backup to save cap space.

McKenzie is a gadget wide receiver, something the Giants roster is without after trading away Kadarius Toney. McKenzie would be a cheap addition, and he has ties to the Giants regime from their time together in Buffalo. McKenzie talked glowingly about Brian Daboll last season, so it is safe to assume he would be open to a reunion. We’d love to see this happen.
