2. CB Aaron Robinson

It has been quite the roller coaster of a career for Aaron Robinson throughout his first two seasons in the NFL. While when on the field and healthy Robinson has looked rather solid, he has played just 11 games in two seasons for various reasons.

Despite this, heading into a 2023 season in which the Giants are in some serious need of depth at the cornerback position, we could see Robinson shine if he can remain healthy. In the 11 games we have seen out of Robinson, he has allowed just 18 receptions on 33 targets for 181 yards and one touchdown. Alongside this, Robinson has only allowed one catch for 20+ yards, and has missed just one tackle on 32 attempts.

During these two seasons, Robinson has a good amount of experience both in the slot, and on the outside. This sort of positional versatility is exactly what New York needs at corner next season, it’s just a matter of if Robinson can stay healthy.

If Robinson does manage to stay on the field for the majority of 2023, while also keeping up his incredibly solid levels of play we have seen out of him, he could be a real difference maker for this NY Giants secondary.
