We'll find out against the Cowboys, who had one of the most efficient rushing attacks in the league last year. If Reader and Harris aren't up to the challenge, this game could quickly get out of hand and expose the same issue that roubled New York in 2025.
Is Giants CB Paulson Adebo an afterthought?
Adebo was listed as a backup on the Giants' unofficial Week 1 depth chart, with Deonte Banks and Greg Newsome II taking over as the starting outside cornerbacks. Adebo has been a disappointment over the last year, failing to live up to the $54 million contract that Big Blue signed him to last offseason. With a new coaching staff in place, it seems like he has quickly fallen out of favor.
But just how far has the $54 million man fallen? If Banks and Newsome II are the starters, is Adebo rotating in on a consistent basis? Has he even fallen below rookie second-round draft pick Colton Hood in the pecking order?
