The New York Giants appear to have nailed it with their head coach hire, as they managed to lure in John Harbaugh after nearly two decades in charge of the Baltimore Ravens.

Harbaugh will need to spend a ton of time and money revamping this roster in his image, as what Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll built was not good enough to get this team up off the mat.

Harbaugh will likely go back to 'old reliable', as he tried to undertake the task of getting the Giants back to respectability. The long-time NFL head coach will almost assuredly try everything he can to populate this roster with plenty of former Ravens players that can help him set the tone in what has become a pivotal debut season.

These four ex-Ravens players might decide to go back to Baltimore, but with Harbaugh leaving town and the future incredibly uncertain for that franchise, going to New York and linking up with their old coach as they try to build something new in the NFC might have some appeal.

4. S Ar'Darius Washington

Washington has been a solid backup defensive back who plays like his hair is on fire and has not looked out of place in deep coverage despite his 5-8 frame. The injuries are a concern, but Harbaugh's stamp of approval might be more important for Washington as he finds his new home.

3. EDGE Dre'Mont Jones

Even with all of the NFL Draft capital the Giants have invested in their defensive line, bringing in a veteran like Jones, who can line up in several different spots, might be incredibly appealing. Jones took a big step forward after leaving Tennessee and joining Harbaugh in Baltimore.

2. TE Isaiah Likely

Theo Johnson has had some moments, but he is far from a high-end starter at the tight end position. After years of playing second fiddle to Mark Andrews, Likely might be able to assume the TE1 role in New York and flex the receiving potential Baltimore kept hidden.

1. C Tyler Linderbaum

This signing is incredibly unlikely, but the Giants owe it to themselves to at least try to see if Linderbaum will leave. He may cost upwards of $20 million per season, but for someone who may be the best individual player at his position in the league, such an investment would be warranted.
