4. Brian Daboll

Whenever a team lays an egg, it's on the head coach. There are no excuses for Daboll. He didn't have his offense ready to rock in this one, with Jones (more on him later) and his unit looking sluggish once again. It just doesn't make sense. What happened to the group that looked so strong against the Seahawks?

In that win over in Seattle, the Giants and Jones were fantastic in the 29-20 win. Jones tossed for 257 yards and two scores, but he looked rough vs. the Bengals. Then in the loss to the Eagles, he once again didn't play well, with Daboll doing him no favors with his play-calling. It got to the point where Lock indeed took over early on in the fourth quarter.

On top of that, the Ezeudu experiment at left tackle needs to end. That's Daboll's call. Why not move Jermaine Eluemunor to left tackle and give Evan Neal, a former first-round pick, a shot to prove he can get the job done? If you're going to give up on Neal, fine, that can be the case, but don't say you believe in him and continue to keep him on the bench and Ezeudu on the field. No more Ezeudu in a starting role, period.
