The New York Giants saw many players come and go this offseason. They've diligently shaped the club in head coach John Harbaugh's image, leaving several in the rearview mirror, but how did the departees fare in Week 3?

Well, New York had the pleasure of hosting a bunch of the guys they let walk in an ugly 12-7 home win over the Tennessee Titans. It was a bit odd seeing multiple former Giants in different uniforms at MetLife Stadium, though that's the new reality. Harbaugh and Co. got a taste of what they're missing, for better or worse, and the result was mixed.

Other notable outgoing Giants also took the field across the NFL in what was an upset-filled slate of games, so let's assess their performances too.

Ex-New York Giants round-up: Evaluating Week 3 performances

WR Wan'Dale Robinson, Tennessee Titans

Robinson, the highest-paid ex-Giant of their 2026 free-agent losses, did what he does best: catch short passes. His 5.82-yard average depth of target aligns with what we saw in New York, excluding an outlier breakout in 2025 that cashed him out.

However, Robinson was productive in his first "revenge game," more so than any Giants pass-catcher. He drew 11 targets and recorded seven receptions for 57 yards, including a late fourth-quarter touchdown that gave the Titans a real chance to come back. Big Blue Nation is far too familiar with stat lines like this.

CB Cor'Dale Flott, Tennessee Titans

Many will remember Flott getting overpowered by running back Cam Skattebo's stiff arm. Yet, overall, it was a fine day at the office for the 2022 third-round pick.

Flott was targeted five times and surrendered just two grabs for 22 scoreless yards, posting a 53.8 passer rating allowed. He kept everything in front of him and forced two incompletions despite sitting out Tennessee's previous match with a quad injury. Frankly, considering how down the G-Men are at cornerback, his outing was a tad jealousy-inducing.

TE Daniel Bellinger, Tennessee Titans

Many were surprised to see Bellinger secure a three-year, $24 million contract in March, and his output (or lack thereof) against New York validated those priors. He hauled in two of two targets for 16 empty yards. The San Diego State product has never emerged as more than a depth piece and run-blocking tight end, as the Titans are learning.

C Austin Schlottmann, Tennessee Titans

If nobody is talking about an offensive lineman, that means he's probably doing his job. Schlottmann didn't allow a single pressure while facing a fearsome Giants pass rush. Perhaps the veteran center recognized some tells/tendencies from the past two campaigns in New York.

DB Dane Belton, New York Jets

Five-time Pro Bowler Minkah Fitzpatrick going down with a groin issue in the Jets' opener set their safety room up for disaster. Belton has done a solid job filling the void and then some, and is quietly stringing together quality appearances for the Giants' hometown rival.

Belton tallied seven tackles and a pass deflection in the Jets' 31-24 defeat at the hands of the Detroit Lions. He gave up 22 yards and two catches on three targets in coverage.

LB Bobby Okereke, Carolina Panthers

With All-Pro linebacker and Week 2 NFC Defensive Player of the Week Devin Lloyd sidelined (calf), Okere wore the green dot. Carolina leaned on the 30-year-old to be the defensive stalwart he was for the Giants, logging a 100 percent snap rate.

DL Rakeem Nunez-Rochez, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Nunez-Roches was a surprise addition to the inactive list after hurting his ankle during pregame warmups in the Buccaneers' 23-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Bummer.

OG Greg Van Roten, New England Patriots

Van Roten was reportedly placed on injured reserve after exiting the Patriots' 35-6 no-show loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was his first start of the season, filling in for Mike Onwenu, who is recovering from a broken ankle. Over two years with the Giants, the Rockville Centre, New York, native was an ironman and never missed a snap, so this is unfortunate.
