3. Quinn Ewers - Texas

Texas' Quinn Ewers is one of the most impressive quarterbacks for the '25 draft class. While he likely won't necessarily be the No. 1 overall pick or even the first QB off the board, he has the chance to be the most successful in the NFL long-term, but he will have to perform well this season.

Teams like the New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders will target Ewers in the draft, but it is still worth the Giants scouting the Longhorns quarterback, as he would fit in nicely in New York. Most Giants fans would like the team to draft Texas backup QB Arch Manning in 2026, but is it worth suffering another year of Jones and waiting when Ewers is sitting right here?

Ewers threw for 3,479 yards, 22 touchdowns, and posted a 78.3 quarterback rating last season and helped lead the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff Semifinals. Like Milroe, Ewers had several weapons last season that helped elevate his success, but several guys have left. It will be interesting to watch how Ewers performs without running back Jonathon Brooks, wide receivers Xavier Worthy, Adonai Mitchell, and Jordan Whittington, and tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders, who were all drafted this year.
