3 NY Giants winners (and 3 losers) from the first part of the season
Loser: WR Jalin Hyatt
As big of a winner Nabers has been at receiver, Jalin Hyatt has been equally big of a loser through four weeks. Hyatt only has three total targets and zero receptions. Hyatt hardly sees the field anymore and when he does, he's practically invisible. Hyatt showed promise as a deep threat for Jones and the Giants in 2023, but now it doesn't look like he's part of the game plan.
The guy has more tackles than catches, and he's on offense. Unless things turn around and turn around quickly, it might be time for the Giants and Hyatt to part ways. It's simply just not working out in New York for either side. A trade to the Chiefs perhaps?
Hyatt has the ability to help teams and the Giants don't seem to be one of them. Maybe get him some catches to increase his trade value and send him off for whatever you can get. Hyatt is just taking up a roster spot at this point in the season.
