3. Rasheem Green

If the Giants want to go cheaper and continue to add younger pieces to the EDGE group, they could pick up soon to be 27-year-old pass-rusher Rasheem Green. While Green isn't as proven of a player as Dupree is, when given opportunities, Green has produced. In 2021, Green started in 16 out of 17 games for the Seattle Seahawks and put up seven sacks while playing in 67 percent of the snaps on defense.

After his time in Seattle, he signed with the Texans, but only started five games with them before moving on and playing for the Bears this past season. Schoen should be able to sign Green for a pretty reasonable number and add him to a group that still needs some help. Burns and Thibodeaux won't play every snap, Ojulari has major durability concerns, and after him are a number of unproven players.

Coming from a team like the Buffalo Bills, who have always seemed to have depth at the EDGE position, Schoen will undoubtedly add to the group. With minicamps underway, it wouldn't be surprising if Schoen brings in some veterans for tryouts - maybe Green will be one of them.
