3. OT Andrew Thomas

Again, this may come as a surprise, as just like Lawrence, Andrew Thomas is a great talent at his position. While it's tough to judge last season, as he played in just 10 games and still wasn't 100 percent when on the field, we know what he's capable of and his contract is quite the discount for the player New York is getting in return.

Thomas is signed to a five-year, $117 million contract, and is set to make around $20 million in cash this season. For, at the bare minimum, a top-five left tackle in the NFL, this is a great deal. If he can remain healthy in 2024, Thomas can very easily earn his place atop the tackle hierarchy in the league and regain the respect he deserves.

The last time Thomas was healthy, he was nothing short of dominant, allowing just 15 pressures and three sacks through 619 pass-blocking snaps in 2022. This is more than worth a $20 million salary, Thomas just needs to stay on the field.
