2. Mark Glowinski

Mark Glowinski spent the last two seasons with the New York Giants. After time with the Seahawks and Colts, the Giants picked up the solid veteran guard from Indy. Fans loved the pickup and while they knew he wasn't a Pro Bowl level talent, they thought they were going to get some consistency brought back to a floundering offensive line. After a ton of inconsistencies, Glowinski was benched and never fully regained the starting role the rest of his last season with Big Blue.

Glowinski has obvious connections to the team, and with a new offensive line coach, who knows, maybe Glowinski could return on a smaller contract and just as an added depth role. Evan Neal isn't a proven commodity by any standards, and even though the Giants signed Jon Runyan Jr. and Jermaine Eluemunor to be the starting guards going forward, if Neal were to struggle in the final year of his deal, Eluemunor would have to kick out to the right tackle spot, freeing up a spot at right guard.

There have been rumors floated around that the Giants are the favorites to land veteran lineman Connor Williams. Williams might come at a decent cost albeit on a one-year deal. He could serve as a backup center to John Michael Schmitz and would have to battle it out for the right guard spot with other vets Austin Schlottman and Aaron Stinnie.
