The NFL Draft is right around the corner and reports have been flying all over the place regarding what the NY Giants may or may not do. Whether they take a quarterback or receiver in the first round, trade up for their franchise guy, or select a star in the later rounds, there's no telling the possibilities.

Regardless, there are definitely a few possible scenarios in this year's draft where the Giants come out on top. These five in particular could very well change the trajectory of New York's future for the better:

5. Marvin Harrison Jr. falls to the No. 6 overall pick

Despite being arguably one of the best wide receiver prospects of all time, there have been genuine talks about Marvin Harrison Jr. potentially falling to the Giants. If this becomes reality, Joe Schoen should not hesitate to select the future star.

In 12 games last season, Harrison caught 67 passes for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns, earning the Big Ten Player of the Year award in the process. Whether it be his technique, hands, or size, it doesn't matter, Harrison has it all and is a player every team should be drooling over.

If the five teams ahead of the Giants make the mistake of not drafting Harrison, Schoen cannot do the same. Harrison would be an immediate game-changer and could very well play a role in fixing the biggest issue on the offense. That is, of course, if Daniel Jones finally puts it all together. Regardless, Harrison would have to be a priority if he's still available.

Harrison has the chance to be the Giants' first star receiver since Odell Beckham Jr. We cannot understate how much of an impact Harrison could make not just during his rookie season, but during his career as well.
