3. Weeks 3-8 will define the 2024 season

When looking at the Giants' schedule, it's tough to miss that Weeks 3-8 will be the most brutal stretch of the season. Specifically, every team the G-Men faced during that period has a reputation for never backing down and always playing gritty and scrappy football. Here's what the schedule looks like during that stretch:

  • Week 3: Sept. 22 at Cleveland
  • Week 4: Sept. 26 vs. Dallas (TNF)
  • Week 5: Oct. 6 at Seattle
  • Week 6: Oct. 13 vs. Cincinnati (SNF)
  • Week 7: Oct. 20 vs. Philadelphia
  • Week 8: Oct. 28 at Pittsburgh (MNF)

When looking back on a horrific 2023 season, Giants fans certainly don't forget how tough it was to watch the G-Men constantly get torched on nationally televised games. This year, having all three televised games go down during this stretch, the Giants hope to turn the tides and show the world what they're capable of.

If Big Blue can escape this stretch at 3-3, Giants fans would undoubtedly consider that a win. With a realistic path to a 2-0 start, the Giants could sit at 5-3 heading into Week 9, with the most challenging part of their schedule behind them and a BYE week on the horizon. Let's hope the Giants can take care of business early in the season and play tough, disciplined football during this tough six-week stretch.
