1. Joe Schoen trades up for a Daniel Jones replacement

If an Aiyuk trade doesn't go down, NY will trade up in the NFL draft and land either Drake Maye or J.J. McCarthy. How could this happen? We see NY moving up to No. 4, sending the Cardinals the No. 6 pick and future picks as part of a package. Then, the Giants will bring in either McCarthy or Maye, whoever is still on the board after the Bears, Commanders and Patriots send in their selections.

While some fans are hopeful that Jayden Daniels will be making a move to East Rutherford, it feels like a move to Washington D.C. will be on the way for him. However, that doesn't mean that bringing in either Maye or McCarthy will be a major disappointment for Schoen and Co. McCarthy just powered Michigan to a National Championship, while Maye has a rocket for an arm.

There's still a chance the Giants decide to give Jones one more season to prove he's worth his $160 million deal, but throughout the offseason, speculation has only grown that the front office is going to look for a replacement. Yes, bringing in Malik Nabers or Rome Odunze at No. 6 can still happen, but we think Giants Nation should prepare for a blockbuster trade to come during Round 1.
