4. Cor'Dale Flott and Deonte banks become an elite duo

One of the major questions surrounding the Giants' defense will be surrounding the secondary, the cornerbacks in particular. Prized first round draft pick, Deonte Banks had a pretty stellar rookie year. He accounted for two interceptions, 11 passes defended and 64 total tackles. He also played in 84 percent of snaps as a rookie.

He had a true trial by fire introduction to the league and passed with flying colors, and we can only believe he'll be even better after that year of experience. However, with the departure of veteran Adoree' Jackson, Cor'Dale Flott now has to step up into a bigger role.

Flott did see an increase in snap count in 2023 compared to 2022, but it was minimal. Now, barring anything crazy happening in training camp, he is the sure-fire starter opposite of Banks. The dream here is with more playing time, Flott becomes a solid corner of his own and the two young guns are on the way to becoming the best cornerback duo in the league. They've each shown flashes of greatness, so it isn't out of the realm of possibility.
