3. CB Eli Apple

Big Blue drafted Eli Apple with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Apple was with the Giants for 2.5 seasons before getting traded to the New Orleans Saints. He also spent time with the Panthers and Bengals, where he was a crucial part of Cincinnati's success during their Super Bowl run. However, he would become scrutinized after allowing Rams' wide receiver Cooper Kupp to score Los Angeles' game-winning touchdown.

Last year, Apple was a member of the Dolphins, where he would play 49.9 percent of Miami's defensive snaps. Pro Football Focus ranked the veteran defensive back as the 102nd-best cornerback in the league. The Dolphins signed Apple before the season to replace Jalen Ramsey, who was sidelined for the first six weeks with a torn meniscus in his left knee.

Apple would finish with 46 tackles, 0.5 sacks, one interception, and nine passes defended. After a poor season with Miami, teams haven't been racing to go after him, but a return to the Dolphins for depth purposes could be in play for him. We'll see what happens there.
