Michael Thomas

Michael Thomas has had a great career despite some injuries, but remains on the free agent market. Thomas is 31 years old. He had just one touchdown in 10 games last year with the Saints. He also had 39 catches and 448 yards. Thomas hasn’t played in more than 10 games in the last three seasons. The injuries continue to pile up for the once great wide receiver.

Thomas still has the talent, but he’s a guy the Giants should absolutely avoid. He still commands targets because of his status and the G-Men should have all of their targets going to the young wide receiving core they already have. This is Malik Nabers' wide receivers room now.

In addition to that, Thomas is a huge injury risk and will want to be paid for past production. Even if the Giants trade Darius Slayton at some point, they do not need to add a wide receiver. The wide receivers room is set even if bringing in Thomas is an option.
