David Bakhtiari

The Giants had the worst offensive line in football last year. The issues at the position just have not stopped for this team. Anything can help. Despite adding some pieces already in free agency, it is easy to feel it's not nearly enough.

David Bakhtiari is possibly the best remaining offensive tackle remaining in free agency. Like some other veteran free agents mentioned in this piece, the biggest issue with him is his injury history. He’s 32 years old and could still have some good football left in him.

Recently, he stated he wanted to try and play football for at least two more years. It’s a move that could make sense, but just one I can’t see happening. Bakhtiari will either want to go play with Aaron Rodgers or simply just remain with the Packers. If things don't work out with Evan Neal at tackle, the smart move would be to move Jermaine Eluemunor to the outside, not overpay for an aging player.
