3. TE Chris Manhertz

The Giants may have recently signed Chris Manhertz, but considering their depth at TE and what he brings to the field, we have a hard time seeing him remain on the roster by the time the season comes around.

Manhertz has racked up 26 catches for 271 yards and two touchdowns throughout his eight-year career. This is because his specialty is blocking, which is a nice thing to provide on a team like the Giants. Unfortunately, New York already has two great blocking tight ends in the form of Daniel Bellinger and Jack Stoll, so another blocker isn't really necessary.

Perhaps if Darren Waller shocks all of us and retires before the season starts, we could see Manhertz make it. However, a receiving tight end like Lawrence Cager may be the better option given the two aforementioned blockers New York already has.
