2. Tampa Bay wins the NFC South

Someone has to win the NFC South and Giants fans need that to be Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers continuing to win just enough will do wonders for the Giants playoff hopes. They have a chance to beat Green Bay this week and have a chance to beat New Orleans on New Year's Eve.

Two teams directly ahead of the Giants can go down at the hands of the Bucs. Because Carolina isn't a threat to anyone, the Buccaneers just need to focus on those two games to truly help the Giants. Green Bay goes down and New Orleans goes down, we can't really ask for much more.

Trusting Todd Bowles to get a team to the playoffs doesn't have the best history. He's only made it once during his time as an NFL head coach and it was this past season. But, he took the Bucs there with an 8-9 record and that may be all he needs to make himself and Giants fans happy.
