2. Darius Slayton flirts with 100 yards receiving

When the Giants decided to re-sign Darius Slayton back on a two-year deal, I was very excited because he was a total steal in the NFL Draft when the Giants selected him in the fifth round back in 2019. Over his last two games, Slayton has played like a true No. 1 receiver and that is why I believe he is due for another big game on Sunday afternoon.

Over his last two games, Slayton had 90 receiving yards and a touchdown against the Eagles and just this past Sunday against the Rams he had his first 100-yard game, highlighted by his 80-yard score. Slayton is set to lead the G-Men in receiving yards once again this season.

Slayton quite simply has started to play at a really high level and he has shown when he gets his targets, he can be dangerous. And after his impressive game against the Eagles back on Christmas with him and Taylor looking like they were on the same page, I would not be surprised at all if he has another big game to close out his season.
