The NY Giants had a lackluster pass-rush during the 2023 season, ranking No. 29 in the NFL with 34 sacks. However, Big Blue should have more success rushing the quarterback this upcoming season with former Carolina Panthers EDGE and two-time Pro Bowl selection Brian Burns joining the party up front.

General manager Joe Schoen will rely on the 26-year-old standout to make a massive impact alongside third-year EDGE Kayvon Thibodeaux. He was one of the bright spots on an otherwise unimpressive Giants defense, recording a team-high 11.5 sacks and 12 tackles for loss last year and establishing himself as an outspoken leader in the locker room.

NY supporters are rightfully excited to watch both of these star outside linebackers take the field together in MetLife Stadium. The pass-rushing tandem provided Giants fans a glimpse of a celebration we could be seeing a lot of in the 2024 season. What better way to bond during the offseason than to create a joint sack dance?

Kayvon Thibodeaux and Brian Burns are ready to put on a show together

In the social media post by Thibodeaux, he and Burns were shown fishing together on a boat in Florida. The duo posted a video of a potential sack celebration they could feature during games, and Giants fans are all here for it.

While Thibodeaux only posted one video with his new teammate, fans can expect many other choreographed routines over the course of the season. The creativity and energy between the two is certainly there. They have wasted no time bonding with one another and the two seemingly have a close relationship.

Burns has 46 career sacks and never recorded fewer than 7.5 in a single season, while Thibodeaux is one of the best young pass-rushers in the NFL. With Burns and Thibodeaux set to line up opposite each other and superstar interior lineman Dexter Lawrence in the mix, opposing teams will have trouble containing the much-improved Giants defensive line.
