It goes without saying, but there's a lot of pressure on NY Giants quarterback Daniel Jones ahead of the 2023 campaign. From the second he signed his four-year, $160 million deal with the G-Men, the haters have been out in full force to call him out.

However, we have a feeling Jones is ready to have a monster campaign for the NFC East side. While a lot of people doubt him, plenty of experts think he'll be able to step up for Brian Daboll and Mike Kafka.

In their new QB rankings, NBC has Danny Dimes at No. 11 on its list - ahead of both Kirk Cousins and Dak Prescott. Cowboys fans are furious over this ranking, but hey, we agree with NBC in this case:

NY Giants QB Daniel Jones is just outside the Top 10 in new QB rankings

Cowboys fans can cry all they want, but at the end of the day, Jones is coming off the best season of his career with the Giants (including the Wild Card win over Minnesota) and outside of Saquon Barkley, he didn't have any other big names to work with. Prescott did, but he still failed to live up to the hype in the playoffs for Dallas, as they were hoping to finally get back to the Super Bowl.

Looking ahead to this upcoming season, Jones enters 2023 with Darren Waller, Jalin Hyatt, Parris Campbell and more offensive help in East Rutherford. That's going to be massive for the young signal-caller.

Not only is there a new-look offense for the Giants, but Jones is also looking quite bigger these days, which is only going to make it more difficult to bring him down. Come Week 1, the Giants and Cowboys are all set to face off in what should be a thrilling Sunday Night Football battle.

Look for Jones to silence his doubters with a strong showing going head-to-head with Prescott. He'll showcase why he's got a better spot in these latest rankings.
