2. Vikings LB Danielle Hunter
We would have had Josh Allen as our top pick in terms of a new pass-rusher, but he was placed on the franchise tag by the Jaguars. As a result, there's no need to panic for fans, as it looks like the Giants are still interested in stud Danielle Hunter.
With the Giants focusing in on adding a guard and a pass rusher in free agency; two names that the Giants are reportedly focused on trying to acquire, as per @PLeonardNYDN:

Hunter would be a massive upgrade at edge-rusher and linebacker playing opposite of Kayvon Thibodeaux, who had a strong 2023 season with 11.5 sacks. With Azeez Ojulari not living up to expectations on the other side, Hunter is someone the Giants should look at.
The 29-year-old veteran had another fine season in Minnesota, as he had 16.5 sacks to go with 83 total tackles and four forced fumbles in 2023. After not getting a veteran pass-rusher a year ago in free agency, the Giants should be strongly pursuing someone like Hunter and improving the pass-rush on Shane Bowen’s defense.
