5 dream NY Giants signings with free agency almost here
By Doug Rush
1. Titans DT Denico Autry
With Bowen taking over as the Giants defensive coordinator, it makes sense for one of his top players to follow him over to East Rutherford, which we expect here with Denico Autry. Could the Titans defensive tackle make his way to MetLife?
Autry had one of his best seasons as a pro with 12 sacks in 2023. He’ll be 34 years old when the 2024 season begins, but Autry still finds ways to get to the quarterback, just like he did last season with Tennessee.
Autry benefited from playing alongside top interior lineman Jeffery Simmons and with the Giants, Autry could do so again playing with Dexter Lawrence, who has become one of, if not, the best interior lineman in all of football over the last few seasons. Having so much attention drawn to Lawrence could free up Autry for the chance to get to the quarterback as well.
