4. OG Dalton Risner

Dalton Risner is a guard that was linked to the Giants late in this most recent offseason, yet the two sides couldn't come together on a deal. Now, with another season under his belt of proving he's one of the league's most consistent guards, it only makes sense that the Giants look to target the 28-year-old.

Through 397 pass-blocking snaps, Risner has allowed just 22 pressures and zero sacks. With how disastrous the guard position has been for the Giants this season, it only makes sense that Schoen looks to improve over guys like Justin Pugh and Risner would do just that.

He may not be the best run blocker in the world, but how much he'd cost and his abilities as a pass protector more than makeup for this. Risner is currently signed to a $3 million contract and if Schoen could get him for anything close to that, it would be a massive steal.

Adding Risner would do so much for an offensive line that's in desperate need of any amount of consistency at guard. Guys like Pugh and Mark Glowinski aren't cutting it anymore and changes have to be made.
