3. OL Connor Williams
While he's played center in recent seasons, we must not forget that Connor Williams has played the majority of his career at the guard position. Williams has broken out in recent seasons as one of the better centers in the NFL, but if he's willing to move back to guard, the Giants should look into signing the 26-year-old.
Spotrac.com has given Williams a market value of around $13.5 million, which sounds about right for a player of his talent. He may be going through injury this season, but last year, when he played all 17 games, Williams allowed just 15 pressures and three sacks, which is very impressive.
Putting a player this good on a struggling Giants offensive line would go a long way in turning this unit from one of the worst, to an at least feasible one. This level of success as a pass blocker in the interior isn't always easy to come around so Schoen definitely shouldn't pass on the opportunity to sign the star lineman.
