How can you even let this happen? In the Week 3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the NY Giants missed 16 tackles in the 30-12 defeat. Wink Martindale said he wasn't worried about things ahead of the game against Seattle, but what's he thinking now?

On 3rd-and-10, with Drew Lock in at quarterback for the injured Geno Smith, the Seahawks were able to get the first down on an epic 51-yard reception from Noah Fant. However, multiple missed tackles were recorded on this play. Try and watch this without becoming incredibly angry:

There's no excuse for the Giants poor play on defense with their tackling

That's just ludicrous. On this play, Bobby Okereke had a chance to take Fant down, but the offseason signing recorded a terrible effort. What was Okereke even doing? It looked like he was just trying to shove Fant out of bounds instead of bringing him down.

Moments later, star cornerback Adoree' Jackson was in a prime spot to bring Fant down, but he missed a tackle too. Isaiah Simmons was able to bring Fant down finally at the one, but Kenneth Walker punched it in to put Seattle up 14-3. Fans are losing faith and fast:

Martindale told people to 'chart em' this week in terms of missed tackles. Well, we've charted two there and those errors need to be showcased countless times during meetings next week. This level of effort is insane. Where is the urgency? Where is the desire to bring a guy down?

With the Seahawks going up 14-3 heading into halftime, that means the Giants have been outscored 77-9 in first halves this year. The poor play on defense isn't going to help, while Daniel Jones and the offense have looked miserable too. Things just keep getting worse for this team and you know the frustration is only growing for Brian Daboll.
