NY Giants won't be reuniting with Jason Pierre-Paul

Earlier in the week, news broke that former Giants standout Jason Pierre-Paul had agreed to a new deal with the New Orleans Saints to join the practice squad. With the pass-rush depth being an issue for the G-Men this season, plenty of fans were hopeful that Joe Schoen would make a move to reunite JPP with his old team.

We now know that won't be happening. Pierre-Paul was a beast for the Giants during his playing days in East Rutherford, helping the team win a Super Bowl during the 2011 campaign. That season, JPP was nothing short of sensational, as he posted a career-high 16.5 sacks. Fans will never forget what the former All-Pro edge-rusher was able to get done.

Meanwhile for Wink Martindale's defense, Kayvon Thibodeaux remains in the concussion protocol after hurting himself in the Week 10 matchup against the Cowboys. It's up in the air if he'll be able to return in time for the Week 11 matchup with the Commanders. Azeez Ojulari, luckily, is back in the mix, but he's been dealing with injuries all year long.
