With the way things have gone for the NY Giants in 2023, it's easy to see why head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen might be upset these days. The Giants were hoping to push for an NFC East title, but instead they're probably going to end up with a Top 10 pick.

Because of this, extra pressure has been added on Daboll's shoulders, while some people even think he's not the right man for the job. It goes without saying, but plenty of moves will be coming for Big Blue in 2024. Giants beat reporter Ryan Dunleavy thinks major changes are actually on the way, with him saying Coach Dabes could potentially part ways with every coordinator this offseason:

Will Wink Martindale and Mike Kafka be on their way out for the Giants in the coming months?

In a new interview, Dunleavy said he believes that offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, defensive coordinator Wink Martindale AND special teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey won't be brought back in '24. This would really be something it it goes down.

Don't forget about offensive line coach Bobby Johnson too, as his guys have been way too inconsistent throughout the season. Folks have been calling for him, among others, to be fired for a while now.

With Kafka and Martindale, both coordinators nearly left last offseason, with the two landing different head coaching interviews. This year, Kafka has been under fire by the fanbase, while there are growing concerns about Martindale's relationship with Daboll.

Multiple reports have stated that there's growing tension between Wink and Daboll. The two sides have tried to silence those talks, but something may be going on behind the scenes that we all don't know about. Regardless, it's clear there's some sort of division among the coaching staff and Daboll isn't loving life in Year 2 with NY. Because of that, a lot of new faces could be headed to East Rutherford next year to join his staff.
