3. NY Giants CB Deonte Banks

The Giants defense seemed like the bigger story of the afternoon. Yes, the Patriots offense has been bad all season, but the Giants defense likes their first-round pick - yup, cornerback Deonte Banks played great on the day. He's another reason why the Giants were able to salvage a victory over New England.

Heading into this game, Banks already had one interception which came back in Week 7 against the Washington Commanders, but he added one more to his resume as he picked off Patriots quarterback Mac Jones. Banks made quite the play here and it was the first pick of the day for Jones, who ended up getting benched for the second half.

That's just a heads up play from Banks and a terrible decision from Jones. Fans are loving the way Banks has looked this season, as the rookie is playing beyond his years. The Big Blue D as a whole impressed once again, leading up Coach Daboll giving Wink Martindale the game ball in the locker room after the final whistle.
