The NY Giants' season has been marred by setbacks - from injuries depleting the team to lackluster performances on the field. With the BYE week finally here, let's highlight four players falling short of expectations in the first 12 games.

On both sides of the ball, the Giants are loaded with guys who simply haven't gotten the job done for head man Brian Daboll. The list of course includes a third-year pass-rusher who can't seem to keep himself on the field:

4. Azeez Ojulari

Azeez Ojulari entered this season with high expectations for a breakout year, especially after amassing 13.5 sacks in his first 23 games. It truly felt like Ojulari was on the verge of becoming a superstar, especially after he was so impressive for the G-Men during his rookie campaign.

Unfortunately, Ojulari has struggled to find his groove this season. Like many Giants players, he has been bitten by the injury bug. Only suiting up for four games this season, Ojulari has been a shadow of himself on the field.

With just four tackles to his name, it's evident that Ojulari isn't playing at his usual level. He has missed eight games this season due to two injury stints, the latest of which landed him on IR. At this point, the Giants' primary concern should be Ojulari's health. While Kayvon Thibodeaux enjoys a breakout season on one side of the defensive line, Ojulari aims to get healthy and wreak havoc for the remainder of the season.
