One of the major concerns for the NY Giants this season has been injuries, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Through seven games, Big Blue has used two quarterbacks and five different offensive line combinations.

Big Blue will likely start backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor for the third straight game and rely on running back Saquon Barkley to perform well with a banged-up line against the Jets. With that said, here are four injury concerns for this team with Week 8 around the corner:

4. RB Saquon Barkley

Although Saquon Barkley is healthy and expected to play on Sunday against the Jets, he's unfortunately not at 100 percent. Barkley missed three weeks due to a high-ankle sprain, but returned in Week 6 at Buffalo and made a considerable impact rushing for 93 yards on 24 attempts.

This past week against the Commanders, No. 26 hyperextended his left elbow but continued to play. He's been limited at practice this week. While Barkley will play vs. Gang Green, he has a history of being prone to injury, but when the two-time Pro Bowl running back is healthy, he is a significant piece to the puzzle for the Giants' offense.

The good news for the Giants is that Barkley is also motivated to have a strong showing vs. the Jets. Despite him not being fully fit, Barkley is no question the best offensive playmaker for this team. Look for him to turn heads when it matters most on Sunday afternoon.
