2. The Giants defense came up huge once again
After what the Giants were able to get done against the Commanders on defense, Big Blue supporters were hopeful that a repeat performance would be recorded. That's exactly what happened, as the Giants were able to intercept Jones twice in the first half, while they also made Zappe look rough too.
In the fourth quarter, a Xavier McKinney interception helped set up the go-ahead field goal for the G-Men. At that time, the score was tied 7-7, but NY was able to go up 10-7. With Dexter Lawrence out with a hamstring injury, there was worry that New England's QBs would have more than enough time to make magic happen, but that wasn't the case.
Kayvon Thibodeaux was a beast on the outside, with guys in the secondary looking brilliant too. Banks had the first interception of the day, which is only going to give him more confidence moving forward. Banks is in the middle of an incredible debut season in the league, with the No. 24 overall pick getting better as the year goes on.
