So many people are going to have their eyes on Daniel Jones for the NY Giants season-opener against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. As it turns out, so will his new girlfriend Kay Adams? Wait, hang on just a second there. For a while now there have been rumors that Jones and Adams are a hot new item.
The rumors have been flying all over the place. While they actually aren't together, Adams decided to troll everyone and have a little fun about what has been going on. While speaking with new starting right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor, Adams indeed poked fun at the situation and even called Danny Dimes her boyfriend at the end of the clip below:
Kay Adams joked about dating NY Giants quarterback Daniel Jones
Come on, this is just hilarious. Adams has clearly seen all of the speculation online, saying Jones is who everyone on the internet claims is her man. Eluemunor himself couldn't help but crack up the second after she said that. Can you blame him? This feels like a major talking point.
Bearded Jones and Adams? Yes, people have been running with the idea of them being a couple, but Adams made it clear that's not the case. The fact that she can laugh this off is pretty awesome. On a more serious note, she will be watching Jones, Eluemunor and the rest of the Big Blue players try and post an upset win over the Vikings at MetLife Stadium.
Jones will be playing in his first regular season game since tearing his ACL in Week 9 last campaign. He's a regular visitor on Adams' show and he has made it quite clear that he's entering the new season with a ton of confidence. That's great to see out of the veteran QB, but he's got to make sure to put everything together this fall and winter.
Plenty of people have had it with Jones, but Brian Daboll and Co. are ready to see him do his thing, starting vs. the Vikings. Malik Nabers will make his life easier, while Eluemunor and the rest of the offensive line will give him extra time to scan the field too. There are a lot of people in Jones' corner and Adams is surely on the list - just not in the way many of you thought.
