3. Washington Commanders

Not far ahead of the Giants are the Commanders, the team New York infamously dominates every year. We'll give them their props, as they fared much better against the Buccaneers than the Giants did against the Vikings. However, they were still the only other team in the NFC East that lost their Week 1 matchup, making it impossible to put them any higher.

Their defense, just like the Giants, collapsed against the Buccaneers, allowing 37 points and gifting Baker Mayfield a borderline-perfect performance. Offensively, they were better than the Giants, but not very good either. Jayden Daniels was mediocre at best as a passer, having a QBR of 41.9 and not throwing any touchdowns, while fumbling the football three times.

This is an interesting Commanders squad. Like the Giants, they have plenty of talent at individual positions, but as a team, they need much more in order to compete at the highest level. The matchup between these two teams will be fun to watch as the season progresses.
