Third round: OG Joshua Ezeudu and CB Cor'Dale Flott: B-

This is another round where the grade could have been higher had a big-time injury not prevented a rookie from making a strong impact. In this case, we're talking about former North Carolina offense guard Joshua Ezeudu. The 6-3, 308-pounder could have been a great depth player for the Giants offensive line last season, a unit which struggled mightily from start to finish.

Alas, the big-bodied hoss was only able to appear in 10 games for the Giants, ultimately being placed on Injured Reserve with a serious neck injury. The good thing here is that the lineman's injury is not expected to be career threatening. However, Daboll said that this is definitely a long-term issue. That's concerning moving forward.

The Giants also brought in Cor'Dale Flott in the third round and the young defensive back saw significant action for the Giants in '22. Last season, Flott, who also dealt with injury problems, appeared in 11 games for Wink Martindale and made six starts. Flott could end up pushing for a starting job this upcoming fall - expectations will be high for him.
